Who We Are
Organisational Overview
Reconciliation Trust International (RTI) is a non-state organisation committed to promoting peaceful dispute resolution through through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms
The organisation works to reduce conflicts, strengthen peace, and restore relationships within communities, institutions, and organisations across Uganda. RTI promotes practical and sustainable approaches to conflict resolution including mediation, negotiation, peace dialogue, and restorative justice. Through training, mediation services, community outreach, and peacebuilding initiatives, the organisation empowers individuals and institutions with the tools necessary to resolve disputes peacefully.
